No refunds after delivery for early returns, unused days, weather, travel, changes, illness, hospitalization, transportation, delays, or personal circumstances. Verified mechanical failure may qualify for replacement equipment or prorated refund.

Late return fees: space additional daily rate applies. Over 24 hours late: additional daily rate plus $25 admin fee. Over 72 hours late: recovery cost may apply.

Rental extensions must be approved before the return date.

Failure to return equipment within seven days may result in recovery actions, replacement cost, collection cost, attorney fee where per minute, and law-enforcement reporting when appropriate.

Customer agrees not to exceed manufacture weight limits. All manufacture weight limits are 300 pounds or less unless noted in the contract.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss,, issues,, cleaning fees, late fees, or replacement cost. Only authorize may operate the equipment. Equipment must be returned on time and in substantially the same condition received.

Customer responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear

Lost keys, chargers, baskets, or accessories may occur replacement fees

Delivery fees

0 to 15 miles: $25

16 to 30 miles: $50

Over 30 miles: custom quote required

Customer agrees to charge equipment as instructed at least 6 to 8 hours per day

Do not use unauthorized chargers.

Battery life varies by terrain, weight and usage.

Follow manufacturer's operating instructions.

No reckless operation.

Use only on appropriate surfaces.

Rider must be physically capable of operating the equipment safely.

If rented equipment is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately and file and provide us the police report. Reporting equipment does not automatically release you from financial responsibility. You may be responsible for replacement recovery cost.

Customers who transport rented equipment by airline or other third-party carriers due so at their own risk. Ella's Heart Home Care Services, LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, delays, or miss handling of equipment by airlines, airports, baggage, handlers, or transportation providers. The renter may be responsible for repair or replacement cost of rented equipment, including batteries, loss, damage, or not returned due to airline, transportation related incidents.
